Selfgaia ships orders across the European Union, providing a clear, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for all customers.

Your estimated delivery time includes both order processing and transport from our warehouse to your address:

Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 3–5 business days
Central &Eastern EU (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia): 5–8 business days
Western EU (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Ireland): 5–8 business days
Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): 6–10 business days
Nordics (Finland, Sweden, Denmark): 6–9 business days

These estimates are based on typical transit times from our logistics partners and include both fulfillment and shipping time.

Orders are processed within 48–72 business hours after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or logistics disruptions, processing time may be longer.

Free standard shipping on all orders over 59 euros.
Shipping costs for orders below this threshold vary by destination and package weight, and are displayed at checkout.

After dispatch, a tracking code is sent via email.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

Deliveries are made Monday–Friday during business hours.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to the sender.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a new shipping fee will apply.
